As simple as it sounds, it is out of this world delicious when fresh fruit is used. Make sure to cut the fruit into delicious bite size pieces.
Fruit Salad
8 large strawberries, halved
1 firm banana, sliced 1”
4 kiwi, peeled & quartered
2 cups pineapple chunks
2 cups cubed mango
Key Lime-Yogurt Sauce
1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
4 tablespoons key lime juice
4 teaspoons honey
Combine fruit in large bowl. Mix together sauce ingredients. Add to fruit. Serve immediately.
